Autism

I have a confession to make: I have autism. I've been diagnosed when I was about 2 years old. All my life I've been waiting for answers and searching for it, the answer to this question: who am I? I'm not just a kid with autism. It's only half of who I am. As time goes on nowadays, I'm starting to find my answer bit by bit but I still have a long way to go. I know for one thing is that I do not want autism to be cured. It's not a disease. I support autism awareness. April is autism awareness month. So I'm somewhat celebrating by creating this piece here. It's okay to be different.
